Purchase Request Form
Use this form to request the library purchase an item for the collection. A hold will be placed on the item for you, if the library purchases it. You will be contacted when the item is ready to be picked up.
**NOTE: Not all purchase requests can be fulfilled. You will be notified should an item be unavailable or unable to be purchased. Fulfillment times will vary based on release dates and demand. eBook & eAudiobook requests need to be placed via the Libby site or app.
